    As a lifelong Mariner fan, I can only say that I was glad to see A-Rod go. One superstar shortstop third baseman does not a team make.

    If history repeats itself, Texas should rise to top of the AL West, and NY should immediately drop to the cellar in the East.

    Losing to Tampa Bay is a step in the right direction…

    Just cracks me up how that lineup couldn’t produce more than 3 runs against a miserable team like Tampa… I guess the annual coronation will have to wait (Thank God! Let’s go Mets!)
