DUDE, WHERE’S YOUR WEBSITE: MICHAEL MOORE OUT-SOURCING DESIGN, SERVER TO CANADA!

Advocate Michael Moore may have released a book titled DUDE, WHERE’S MY COUNTRY?, and may have vaulted to stardom documenting worker’s rights and corporate malfeasance in Flint, Michigan, but that has not stopped Moore from outsourcing his website design and servers — to companies based in Canada!

Cannes-bound Moore, the great protector of the U.S. working class, has outsourced the design of his Web site to a foreign company in Canada, records show.

PLANK — based in MontrÈal, QuÈbec — is the development and design company behind MichaelMoore.com.

Meanwhile, Moore’s site is hosted by a foreign owned company, Webcore Labs, of Calgary, Alberta Canada. [Webcore does maintain an office in Beverly Hills, CA.]

Moore did not respond to repeated requests for comment.

Moore is to get star billing at this year’s Cannes Film Festival with the controversial FAHRENHEIT 9/11.

    I say export Michael Moore himself to Canada. Let Chris Benoit take care of him.

    Now THAT’S an idea. Instead of Pelosi, let Moore get in the ring. The crowd would go wild if this moron got a good chair shot right to his skull.

    I guess all I can say is Fat Bastard, because he is a Fat Bastard and I imagine the Albertans are happy that Fat Bastard‘s website is hosted by a Calgary Company.

    er..I mean the Albertans aren’t happy about Fat Bastard being a Fat Bastard using their website to promote hsi Fat Bastard self with one of their companies, though I’m certain Fat Bastard has his support in Calgary, but nowhere near the support Fat Bastard enjoys in Vancouver or Berkely, and btw, he is a Fat Bastard just as sure as John Kery served in Vietnam :)

    Whilst the US is Great Britain’s largest trading partner, please don’t export Michael Moore here again……whilst it assures us that he is a nice man, he certainly doesn’t fall within the ‘Hands Across the Ocean’ remit. Maybe when he goes to Cannes, he could just stay there………the perfidious French deserve him!

    Fact: Moore sent his web design to Canada.

    Fact: Moore’s site is hosted by a canadian company.

    The idea that he can’t get it hosted in this country is ludicrous. I’ve seen much worse than that piece of trash on websites hosted much more locally.

    He just went where the price was best, a concept strangely reminiscent of the one thing he bemoans yet continually takes advantage of: Capitalism.
