Big Deal Out Of Nothing

I know people hate the Clintons, but I’m really sick of seeing this picture:

Has anyone bothered to look at the people behind them? Their eyes are closed, also. Is it possible that maybe, just maybe, that’s how they pray? Maybe their was a prayer going on and they were meditating on it? Maybe they were contemplating Reagan’s life?

Who the hell knows what they were thinking, but the fact that other people had their eyes closed also makes it hard for me to believe they’d be sleeping, especially when they know that everything they’re doing is most likely going to be on camera.

Let’s not let Clinton Hatred pollute everything, okay?

Goodness. I hadn’t seen that photo, yet, but I think it’s pretty obviously a prayer. Hillary does *not* look asleep — she looks like she’s thinking or something.

I didn’t see the service live, but people who did are saying that they looked like that throughout the whole thing. Draw your own conclusions, I guess.

What’s worse is the guy picking his nose behind Bill.

“Now, where do I put the booger?”

Vinny I do believe no matter what you might bring out you would be able to draw someone to disagree or make some opposing comment. If not that they seem to find something else to draw attention to…..just why is that? I still luvs ya anyway…

The guy behind Clinton is Gerold Ford. Both he and Betty are obviously at prayer also.

    Wow? Gerald Ford?

I feel like an ass for not recognizing him…

    Woops…

I guess I shouldn’t feel too bad, though… No one pointed out who he really was…

I guess we can give the Clintons the benefit ot the doubt, but keep in mind that Gerald Ford is even more lame-brained now than when he was President (having suffered a stroke or two) and his wife Betty, well those drugs take a toll on you in your old age. So a comparison to the Ford’s who probably always look like that is inconclusive.

I guess I shouldn’t mention that I’m related to Bill Clinton. *rolls eyes* My mom was heavy into geneology for a time and traced things back and discovered that Bill Clinton is a cousin. My son loves to brag about it. I just hush him up. It isn’t something worth bragging about in my opinion.

Pictures can lie; there is one of Clinton and someone else. I forget who (Kerry maybe?) laughing and smiling at the funeral. Again, who knows why? Did someone just tell them a humourous story involving Reagen? Peopld do laugh and smile and talk with one and another at funerals, especially if it is someone they haven’t seen in a long while. Most people don’t pull a sad face the whole time.

Everyone seems a bit nuts if you ask me. Reagan was either devil or a demi-god, neither in my mind.

I appreciate your sentiment, Vinny – I really do. I noticed while I watched that every time the camera panned BillC’s way – his eyes were closed. I’d say he was heavy in prayer. ::nod::

Though, you are right – - dislike for Clinton shouldn’t put a black mark on the events, which is why I didn’t make a deal out of it at all. To me, if he was praying – great. If he was sleeping – well, I don’t hold high expectations for the man, anyways. *shrug*
