Yahoo! News - Ron Reagan Says Bush Misled U.S. on Iraq
Yeah, and Ronald Reagan’s other son, a conservative talk show host, gets no headlines for his repeated praise of his father’s legacy and the current President.
Guess you have to be a Bush CriticTM to get noticed in the media these days.

Let me guess, this is just another subtle allegation of the liberal media neglecting their duty to be Fair and Balanced TM. Yes, thats exactly the case! Lets not forget the lightly publicized incident involving a misjudgement in couterterrorism statistics. Remember when Dick Armitage touted their new numbers showing a decline in terrorist attacks for 2003? Needless to say, they were incorrect. It was not such a big deal when Colin Powell cleared the smoke from the room by stating that it was an honest mistake. Come to think of it, the Bush administration has made many honest mistakes, especially with respect to foreign policy. They include: Allegations of WMD’s in Iraq, the release of a CIA operative’s name, allegations that Iraq tried to gain access to yellowcake from Niger, etc. When brought to light, these mistakes seem politically motivated. This administratoin is either disgustingly corrupt incredibly inept. You choose. P.S. Lets not forget how much attention the Liberal media paid to the Monica Lewinsky scandal, An error not so honest but with minimal repercussions.

Monica Lewinsky?
Are you fucking joking or fucking stupid?
GO back and reread the coverage and the demonization of the Republicans and Ken Star. Read the coverage of President Clinton’s book now and how they gleefully repeat every bad word he says about the republicans who made an issue out of sex to impeach him (clearly not what happened, but hell it’s Clinton, he never lies…) and how Ken Star had a jones to bag Clinton and destroy his personal life.
Just cause Lewinsky’s name was in the paper, doesn’t mean the coverage of the event was anti Clinton. In fact, the story was spiked by every media outlet until the scandal was put out there by Drudge, so let’s not kid ourselves about whose side the media was on during that scandal.

I guess shells of sarin gas don’t count as WMD.
Goalposts, people!

Shells of Sarin gas? Its too bad Vinny is playing for the wrong side because I’m sure he’d showcase his self rightousness by insulting your intelligence as well. Sarin gas does not count as WMD. When justifying a preemptive war, there are many things to consider before you bring to the table shells of sarin gas that date back to the late 80’s. Haven’t you noticed what a hotbed of terrorist activity Iraq has become. Dont you remember when the U.S. was supplying Iraq with weapons? I suggest you bone up on your current events and historical accounts before you enter this argument with such shallow allegations.

Hey Vinny, I noticed that you don’t have a link to Slate, The Nation, or Moveone.org on your sidebar.
