I hear Kerry will be giving his acceptance speech tonight.

I also hear that there will be an extensive marathon of slug coitus on the Snails Fucking Channel.

    Okay to make light of Kerry, but not Bush?
    Okay to make insulting jokes about the one but not the other?

    I just don’t get the double standard.

    It’s acceptable for Vinny to do that here because it is his blog that’s main focus is politics from his rightwing view. If IT were a group blog who’s focus was on oh, let’s say… cats. It would be inappropriate for Vinny to do political bashing unless his views were representative of all the other cat bloggers who are members of the group cat blog.

    Surely, Bsti, you understand the difference between someone whose site is all about politics and current events making cracks as opposed to someone who repeatedly:

    1. Says his site has a ban on politics.
    2. Says his site hates everyone equally and all politicians are scum.
    3. Continually bashes Bush but never bashes Kerry.

    You surely see the difference.
