    very good, I’m either getting a bike or going back to smoking. I’ve gained almost 15lbs. since I quit.

    Smoking is good, Kevin, and far less damaging to the knees than biking.

    You’ll also find that heavy drinking immediately after meals, especially of a wide mixtures of alcoholic beverages, will gently and naturally help the body rid itself of excess food consumed.

    Remember that careful monitoring of diet can help ensure that you’re getting enough metabolism stimulators, a food group unaccountably neglected by most food guides, but key to any successful weight loss campaign. Many dieters don’t get adequate amounts of caffeine and sugar, to their detriment.

    Bal, I think you may have hit upon the answer. Back in the day, when the majority of my non revenue producing day was spent at my favorite watering hole, smoking, drinking and eating those nutritional food stuffs supplied at the bar, the only negative physical side effect I found was I developed an aversion to sunlight.
    Sunlight is overrated….
