Forgot to put one up last week, but you didn’t miss anything. I plateaued for 14 days. Glad to see I lost one now. With my back bothering me and this cold I can’t seem to kick going on this week, I didn’t expect to lose anything, but it’s happening regardless…

Being sick is a great way to lose weight, you feel too terrible to eat. Get well soon cause you have some training to do for that bike ride.

Vinnie, the dreaded plateaues are just the bad part of it all. One for 14 days isn’t unusual at all, just keep at it and don’t forget the breakfast if even a protein bar. They help so much as a high level of protein is a great help in taking it off. I had a daily goal of 65 grams based on the blood work I had done. I still try like crazy to make that but it can be hard. I think you are doing wonderful and I know you will be where you want to be. Oh and on the bike ride, my daughters boyfriend did the “Peddal To The Point” for MS last weekend and it was 75 miles each way. I need to ask him tonight how much his group did raise. It was such a high for him to do that and he felt so good about himself that he made it all the way both ways. I know you can do it too.

Vinny- The weight you have lost is tremendous. Just remember that you are transforming the “fat” into muscle and that will affect your numbers…don’t get too worked up about it though. Chart your inches for your own benefit though. That is the number to look at.
    Go Vinnie!
