Weight Loss Update

Starting:

Jan 19, 2004
351 lbs
BMI of 47

Current:

September 19, 2004
279 lbs
BMI of 37

Loss for Week: 1 pound
Total Loss: 72 pounds
Goal Loss: 136 pounds

Another week, another pound. I’m on track to make 250 by the end of the year. To put that in perspective, that was a long term goal I set for myself to reach on 7/15/05.

Needless to say, the prospect of hitting a long term goal seven months earlier than planned is quite encouraging :-)

    About this time last year I was 280… I dropped the 80 in about 3 months… who would have thunk it was so easy to do… now I’m off for the Marine Corps… short term goal lose the weight long term goal survive boot camp… keep it up man it feels great to go buy size 34 pants when you were buying size 42… that was one of the best days is my life…
