Brilliant piece from a guy who’s probably (based on what I’ve read of him) very much centrist (not a leftist who doesn’t want to be a leftist so calls himself something else).
Great piece and he succinctly captures the problems with the DNC under Terry “Global Crossings” McAuliffe
601am: Dear mopers,
Dear mopers,Please stop whining and threatening to move to Canada. Your daily life hasn’t changed any. You didn’t suddenly wake up on November 3rd to find your civil liberties taken away, your brother drafted to Iraq or our military invading Iran. Get real.
I’m no Bush fanatic, but please stop and think about this: Kerry was a horrible candidate. Horrible! He was the Dole of 2004. Furthermore, a huge majority of this country doesn’t like how Michael Moore has hijacked the Democratic Party.
Face it.
Want to win 2008? Begin by realizing there were valid reasons why more people voted for President Bush than any other candidate in history. Stop characterizing him as evil. Start developing some candidates with balls. Start realizing that September 11, 2001, this country became a different place. Round up the far left and throw them out of your party. Stop whining and start cultivating a culture of change to win the White House in 2008.
Thank you,
Aaron

Well said, Aaron. Particularly the last paragraph. So good, in fact, that you’re now on the blogroll (hopefully you don’t mind).
