I sure am glad my daughter is over 30 now but she would have never considered an abortion if that were to have happened to her. She wants to have a child very much. But. I do know here in OHIO when she made up her mind to leave school at 16 there was not one thing I could do to stop that. (Well, throw her out of the house, maybe) but that was not an option. At 30 now she is seeing the light. Adult education........ here she comes. Hey Vinnie, Where are the updates on how wonderful you are looking now?

And, recently passed in New Jersey, was legislation that forbids school staff from notifying parents when kids leave school property during school hours for medical procedures.

Vinnie, as of what age are there no parental notifications? Is this something common to most states?

::I can only imagine, seeing as there are no parental notification laws in the state of New York.::

Looking at the numbers, most states are at about 44%, give or take a point or two. Georgia is at 46%.

And I suppose with OUT parental consent? As I have written before my daughter and new son-in-law would love to have a baby but I don't see that in the cards for them. So sad that so many could be loved instead of being in a trash can.

I don't really know, Kathy... Only speaking for New York, there just aren't any. I can imagine it's probably pretty close to that in most other states because any time a law is attempted that would require notification, the pro-abortion lobby comes screaming out with hyperbole about back alleys and coat hangers, and the spineless politicians give in.
