British Columbia is to Canada what the weirder parts of California is the US…the last strip of land before the ocean, where the loose nuts rolling away from the continental divide come to rest, nestled among the Rockies and smoking the best weed grown in North American. I have a sister out there, and the only way I can understand anything she says is by filtering her words through a special BC decoding device, which includes, among other components, a lava lamp, a black light, Tantric Meditation Beads, an orgone generator, and the ground up vinyl from three Hendrix albums.

BC has provided Canada with two of our leading serial killers, our best science fiction author, at least one certifiable lunatic of a provincial premier, and now, apparently, a world class exhibitionist.
