Haven’t posted one of these in awhile. Just wanted to bring you all up to date. Once Spring comes by and it’s not the same thing every week (IE: weight stayed the same, up a pound, down a pound) I’ll get back to doing this once a week. As of right now, though, I have a milestone to share

Goal Loss: 136 pounds
Yep, I finally hit that magical 80! My net weight loss for the winter has been around 3 pounds. Most of the time, people gain weight over the winter. I not only have maintained, but if I keep this up, I will have lost weight by the time it’s over. That is probably my biggest success since I started doing this.
