Some of you are assholes
Some of you are under the impression that I’m writing about Terri for the hits. It’s okay, you’re allowed to be an asshole every once in awhile.
But just so you can see what my stats look like, here’s some numbers to chew on the next time you want to open your insipid cakehole and spew forth:
Here are my keyphrase stats:

Wow. Look at all those Schiavo hits!

Wow. I’m rolling in Schiavo hits.
And that’s after a week of writing about absolutely nothing else.
Next time someone wants to call it a race for hits instead of belief in a cause, my advice would be to get your story straight or put something else in your mouth before it’s competing for space with your foot.
Choose Life

Yeah I know what ya mean. I had one asshole on my site accuse me of taking on the fight for Terri just so I can have something to rant about. I have plenty of other stuff to rant about besides Terri, mainly because I pretty much hate people in general. People will say and accuse all sorts of things in a futile attempt to proove a point that has none.

Perhaps I missed it…Where did someone accuse Vinny of trying to get traffic?

Not here. Don’t worry, I’m not talking about you, pal.

I was only asking out of curiosity actually. Seemed like a pretty outlandish accusation for someone to make, was curious to see who it was.

Let’s just say the person who said it, a male, knows exactly what blogs are about, and he chose to christen me with that remark.

I didn’t think it was about the hits, but wondered about the “strike”; are you going to do this for every cause you so wholeheartedly believe in? Every innocent person who has death imposed upon them? Because this can’t be the only case of injustice where a person’s life is at stake. I do think it’s an injustice, but balk at politicians getting involved. It’s good that it’s such an open story, but there are alot of people who suffer needlessly, who don’t have bloggers striking for them. People are starting to wonder why Bush would take time off vacation for this, but not the PDB “bin Laden determined to strike US”.He flies back to the White House (Air Force One costs $35,000/hour to fly.)
to sign the bill which he could have signed at his ranch.
I hope for her (won’t pray of course), but it doesn’t look good. I also hope for millions of humans suffering tragedies right now, and no one to speak up for them, especially politicians.
Thing is, if she does live, what kind of life would it be? Infirmed, trapped in a cage of a body for life, depending on others for every tiny thing. What kind of quality life can she live?

The quality of her life can not be measured by the standards of others. For myself, even if were in Terri’s situation, I would not want to die because if I have people that love me unconditionally (i.e. parents, siblings, my own children, and my husband) then my life has quality.
Pres.Bush flew back to D.C. to sign the bill, I believe, to make a stand. Either a plane is used to bring him home or a plane is used to overnight the bill to wherever he is. By him arriving early in preparation, it saved hours rather than wait for the bill to be passed, then fly it to him, then fly it back. He has made his stand on Bin Laden numerous times. And has dedicated the world’s best military to defend this country against the terrorist. But he can’t use the military to defend one woman - imagine the uproar over that!
Taking a stand for Terri isn’t only standing for Terri - it is standing for every one who is in her place. She is the name and face of that stand.

Kricket I applaud your stance. I found fault with the fact that they did this for 1 american and not all. That to me does not set good precedence.

Oh Good. Another criticism of Bush.
Bsti, you’re just so darned original!
