LONDON (AFP) - Millions of Britons voted in a general election likely to hand Prime Minister
Tony Blair an historic third successive victory despite widespread anger over the war in
Iraq which could seriously undermine his mandate.

Political analysts warn the stakes are high for Blair as he seeks to leave his mark on history in his last election as Labour leader before he is expected to hand over the reins to his rival, finance minister Gordon Brown.

Guess the campaign of destruction didn’t go as planned.
