*Sigh* Is there a king among the morons?

Is there one single liberal…

One lone liberal…

One who will break the mould and on their blog write the following statement without qualifying it?

To sit there, and act as if the soldiers were being treated as liberators and loved without anger until Newsweek came in and screwed it all up- I mean, seriously. Why not just go up to an American serviceman, kick him in the genitals, and then take a shit into his mouth. That’s about an equal amount of respect you would have to have for the troops to pass one off like that. American soldiers aren’t dying in Iraq because Newsweek printed a bad article. American soldiers are dying in Iraq because American soldiers are in Iraq, you fucking lunatics.

Actually, Sherlock, the latest spate of violence is a direct result of the accusations of Newsweek which were uncorroborated.

Why is it that not one liberal I read who blogs about politics has written the following sentence:

What Newsweek did was wrong and they should be ashamed of themselves.

And end the post.

No buts.

No attacks.

Let it go folks. You were wrong. Suck it up and admit it.

In the meantime, I won’t be holding my breath. For a group of people obsessed with the President admitting his mistakes, liberal bloggers sure are a piss-shy group when it comes to ‘fessing up to their own.

No buts about it.

To answer your question, no. Here's what one of your more notoriuos moonbat regulars, Blabulican, had to say to me:

So let’s ease up a bit on the “giant shit on America’s Armed Forces” soapboxing, shall we? The story was credible precisely because certain elements of America’s Armed Forces have already taken giant shits all over themselves.

How do you like that logic. It's believeable so it's credible. Facts be damned.
  • Yes they did.
  • I never really gave a shit about "Rathergate" or complaints of "MSM" bias. It always came off as complaining about the wrong thing. But this has actually pissed me off. One of the big things I think we need to do in order to win in the long term is win the propaganda war. To me this doesn't mean that the media stops reporting the truth. If there is bad news then I want to hear it. And if someone uses that against us then it is our fault, because the truth is the truth. But when our military and government do the right things and we still take this hit, it's just wrong. Newsweek just plain f'ed up.

That is a long article and the more interesting parts are several pages in. It claims (and you'll never hear it on the MSM or the Left) that even the Sunnis are starting to work with us. The Left will never admit that the reason Americans are being killed is because they are standing against reactionary oppressors.
