Obviously not, because if you did you would see the CCC and CPL both say that.
Please read something thoroughly before you comment. This isn’t Stageleft where you can say whatever you want regardless of the topic of discussion.
Of course, I don’t expect much from the likes of the people who Dowdified my quote. He thinks he’s better off dumb and wears that as a badge of honor.

UPDATE 5/26/05: Apparently he has had a change of heart and has removed the offending quote. There’s hope for his integrity after all.
