I have only been on a plane once in my life and for that I was drugged up (with prescriptions from my doctor). I do not get on planes for numerous reasons - that being one of them.

^You idiot, do you have any idea how many car, bus, train and boat accidents there are a year in relation to airplane accidents?
Airplanes are very safe compared to the other forms of transportation, and the main reason why people are afraid of flying is because whenever a plane goes down there is a massive news conference about it, thus scaring the masses.
Just think about the ratio between car accidents to plane accidents this year alone, planes are safe you loon.

Wow. Apparently, I’m an idiot because I have a genuine fear of planes. I’m also, apparently, a ‘loon’. Never mind the fact that surviving a plane crash is less likely than surviving a car accident - of which I have been in one and have been suffering from for 6 freaking years. Of course, what Jax doesn’t understand, since he doesn’t know me, is that I have a severe panic disorder and pretty much leaving my house sends me in to panic attacks. It doesn’t make me an idiot or a loon. But I guess some of us can’t be as self-righteous as others. Hey Jax - BITE ME!
Sorry, Vinnie. I’m not trying to start a fight on your blog. But I also will not stand by and allow someone to attack me because I have a genuine fear and opinion. If I had his email/blog, I’d go after him there. I won’t respond to this ignorant ‘person’ again here though. *hugs* Vinnie.
