[tag]Cindy Sheehan[/tag] must think we’re stupid.
Correction.
Cindy Sheehan does think we’re stupid.
Check out this quote from a statement released today:
But in a statement today, Sheehan accused “right-wing” sites of “spreading a false story that nobody bought my book at [tag]Camp Casey[/tag] on Saturday. That is not true, I sold all 100 copies and got writer’s cramp [tag]signing[/tag] them. Photos were taken of me before the people got in line to have me sign the book. We made $2000 for the [tag]peace house[/tag].”
All 100 copies? Guess even Cindy wasn’t expecting a whole lot in the way of attendance.
Writer’s cramp? From signing 100 books, “Cindy Sheehan, Whiner and Media Tool?”
Raised $2000? That’s an interesting number. That means she made $20 a book. What was she selling them for? $40? I self-published my book and I can tell you that when it goes on sale it’s not going to pull in anywhere near $20 a copy.
Funny. For all this time, the media breathlessly bowed at the altar of Cindy Sheehan, lionizing the raving anti-war lunatic. They report that no one attended her huge event (as evidenced by photos and her own numbers) and now suddenly those same breathless teet-suckers are all part of a right-wing cabal.
You really have to be a certain kind of person to be a [tag]leftist[/tag] [tag]anti-war[/tag] lunatic in this country.
