Yeah — that cracked me up too. It’s so typical of the Gates/Ballmer mindset. Kids are the best indicator of “cool”. If your kids don’t want to use your product, chances are thousands of other kids don’t want to use it either. So by forcing your own kids to use your product, now you have 2 or 3 new customers. But if you cared to innovate instead, you might have thousands more.
