And We’re Back
Okay folks, insignificantthoughts.com is now back looking the way it should. The light look has gone away and we have weathered the storm. This week, no AOL talk unless some of the stuff I’m working on turns into something interesting. Only time shall tell.
If things get wonky again, I’ll switch layouts back, but as of right now, it’s the way it belongs ![]()

I had the same experience with AOL. I had to call three times to cancel my account. Each time I tried, they transferred me to an “account specialist” that kept trying to talk me out of it.
I’m really glad that you brought this out. This is not an “aberration” as they indicated. They actually train people to be this way - that’s why they have a special department for this.

Hey, Vincent. I’m looking at your story on CNN right now. My God! What a wonderful tale. Way to go. I hate poor customer service as well!

Well, I can admit that I came here today searching to listen to your tape, purely out of morbid curiousity (And cnn.com didn’t help at all), but I am finding you to be very interesting.. I’m sorry you’re getting a slew of flack from people who have nothing better to do than try to insult you or tell you you are doing something wrong.. You did a great thing and I’m glad that someone finally took some initiative to show the underbelly of the beast so to speak =)

Holy crap, buddy…
Your fifteen minutes has CRACKED ME UP! I knew when you put that file up that it was going to generate some buzz, but wow. I sent it around to some of my coworkers before it got on the front page of Digg. Then people were coming up to me later saying “hey, I saw your buddy on TV this morning!” Ha!
Great work, man. How many days did you have to take off from work? You must have been busy as hell. Anyway, glad to have the old site back and to be rid of the trolls (I think). People who watch TV all day are scary (and hilarious).
