    If you think the AOL thing is amazing, check this out: Made appointment with Geek Squad to save my documents (around 6GB, many original songs & photos) and fix a virus. Getting the appointment at a convenient time took 12 hours of customer service hell. When the tech showed up, he had no storage device to save the documents on. Said it wasn’t in the work order, tho that was the first thing I stressed every call– dozens of calls! The tech told me that if I wanted him to come back the same day with the storage device he was supposed to bring, I’d need to pay DOUBLE!!! When I phoned the Geek Squad number, they admitted it was their mistake, but refused to accommodate me. This cost me a day’s work, and now they’re glad to make a new appointment, but that won’t make up for a wasted day, and it doesn’t fix a computer that needs to be fixed soon. I can’t even get the complaint escalated. Will try calling corporate — AGAIN!!!
