Whoever designed this dialog should be shot.

Someone forget the instructions in the dialog? I came across this while doing some Windows Updates on one of the machines in my office. For some reason, Winders thought I had an HP Wireless Keyboard installed and this is the setup dialog for the driver I was meant to install.

    My all-time favorite was one I got trying to set up Active Directory somewhere. It said “Windows” on the title bar and had “Catastrophic Failure” as the text. So true.
