My First Ever Digital Photo
This is the first digital photo I ever took with my first ever digital camera. Just thought I’d share. It’s lower Manhattan from the Staten Island Ferry.

NYC is so photogenic! My heart flutters whenever I see the twin towers… ~sniff~
We got a digital camera much later than you did (we’re slow), and our first outing was to see the Blue Angels fly over San Francisco from my FIL’s boat. My better half caught an awesome shot of the diamond formation lined up perfectly over sail boat flying a huge American flag. I, on the other hand, waited two weeks until I processed the film from the camera I was using that day to find that I took the same shot, but not even close to perfectly timed. That’s when I ditched my film camera forever.
