MSNBC, cowering to the race-baiters like Al Sharpton and the “Reverend” Jesse Jackson canned Imus in the morning the day before the 18th annual two day Radiothon to benefit the Tomorrows Children’s Fund, the CJ Foundation for SIDS and the Imus Ranch, all three of which go to enormous lengths to make life better for sick children.
For 18 years, Don Imus has done this Radiothon, and each year, thanks to the help of WFAN and formerly MSNBC, things were better in the life of others. Because of MSNBC yanking Imus’ show, Imus stands to make significantly less this year for the Radiothon which, in the end, will only end up hurting the kids.
If you truly believe it’s important to “do it for the children,” and you aren’t just talking the talk when you say that you’re worried about the effect that things have on “the children,” then there’s only one thing you can do now.
Donate.
Even if it’s a mere few dollars, donate. Give some of what’s in your pocket to make a child’s life better.
Here’s the information on the Radiothon.
Here’s where you need to go to donate.
AND as a special bonus. If you donate $50 or more and you submit a copy of your receipt to me via email (feedback at this domain.com) I will send you an autographed copy of my book, Blogosfear, at my own expense.
You can’t go wrong, so donate now.
Thanks for your support for this worthy cause.
