While other mayors have talked about stuff in New York City, Bloomberg actually does things. No mayor in the past would dare mention something like congestion pricing because it would amost be a guarantee that re-election wasn’t happening. Instead, Michael Bloomberg puts it right out there on the table because it’s the right thing to do. How often do you see a politician pick something that’s the right thing to do over something that’s politically expedient?
