Awww those witty Zune folks…

I swear, the Zune folks are just so darned-tootin’ witty… This picture has been making the rounds today…

The idea being that you could toss your iPod in and go buy a Zune and not get noogies or whatever it is those folks in Redmond do. Yep. A real knee-slapper, isn’t it? Three things stood out to me immediately…

1. Most of those iPods look like 4th gen click-wheel iPods meaning they probably bought a bunch of ‘em used and tossed ‘em in…

2. There’s a battey in there. A battery. Apparently, a battery is an iPod.

3. It doesn’t exactly look like there’s a tremendous response going on here. Now, you may say this is all in gest… But does it look to you like the company who got annoyed at the white earbuds employees were wearing is really impressing upon its minions the benefits of its product?

Truth is, we don’t know how long this bin was there. All the Zune fanboys are crowing about how the Apple folks have no sense of humor. Yep. This is really funny and Apple fans just don’t get it. HAH HAH HAH! Don’t you get it? Aren’t you laughing?

We should all bow down before the number one mp3 player…

…in brown…

…in 30 gig size…

…that’s made by Microsoft…

Yep… Hysterical…

Someone please… I think I just pissed on the floor from laughing so hard.

I’d create a bin for Zune amnesty… Problem is, I don’t know anyone who owns one.

You know how when people put out a tip jar either at a restaurant or on the street when performing they always put a few dollars in so the jar doesn’t start out empty to make it look like they’ve already got a few tips? I’d bet whoever started this got the ball rolling themselves by putting some ipods in so it wouldn’t be empty to start off.

You know I’m not picky about my computer – Apple or HP I don’t care so long as I can play my games on it. But so far as personal portable music goes I’m all about an iPod. For Christmas we bought one for our daughter. I have borrowed in twice and just love it. I told the hubby I would like one. I wasn’t worried about it for anything other reason but cleaning the house and listening to my music instead of suffering through Disney all day. And now with my new vehicle I had a kick-butt stereo system in it. It’s an mp3 player of course, but the awsome thing about it is I can plug an iPod in to it and listen to my music instead of having to cart around a bunch of cd’s! So yeah, I want an iPod. Tell those idiots who are tossing theirs to send one to someone in need – like me! hahahaha
