I caught this video a few days ago via Boing Boing, and at first, I was like “okay, what’s the real story?” but it seems like it’s pretty much just a case of Fox news being a bunch of pricks, and the NYPD joining on in. Those officers should’ve clearly stated why they were asking him to leave, as well as what they would charge him with. Unacceptable.
