The whole Live Earth thing was so stupid to begin with. What is the carbon footprint of the whole event?

And it's no use John Mayer... you already sang the song with the lyrics "so we keep on waiting for the world to change" and now you want to fit in, so you change it to "We're not waiting for the world to change". It was a dumb song touting the laziness of "his generation". Now, Al Gore has shown him the way and so now his generation is no longer waiting?

How long with this last, eh? The hippies are the ones that have screwed it all up with their "peace and love" because they forgot to actually do anything about it when they got older and got money. Today's kids barely care, so if they get on board with Live Earth, it's only for a brief minute, I'm sure.

I believe in global warming, but I'm pretty sure that nothing will be done about it. It's human nature. We just don't like to be inconvenienced. We'll pretend for a day or so, but in the end, life goes on.
