First off – always a pleasure to see you back to posting videos. :) The puffs look yummy. :)

BTW – Salad Shooter works GREAT for grating cheese!! I make homemade pizza a lot and that is what I use to great the cheese up. It’s fast and easy! http://www.saladshooter.com/

Also, hubby wants to know where you got that egg yolk thing – he loves it!!! Please let me know. :)

Give Beth hugs for me. Talk to you later!!

The fire wasn’t started by the oil. If you look at the video you will notice that you moved the knapkin into the gas stove flame. That was a accident that can happpen to anyone. Great job and keep it up and you will be a great cook.
    Grandpa.

At first, I was going to dog you as the slowest grater ever put on this earth. Then I was laughing too hard with the fire to pick on ya!

    Hope they were good.

Well you could have put the oil on when you started than just tell us about how much to use. Next you spell cheese (like this) not Cheeese. and the fire was a great touch. Also mom said she especially liked the way you casually threw the paper in to the next room when you were finished with it. By the way good job if we didnt taste them for ourselves it would have been a great comedy of errors. keep it up . love Mom and Dad
