I had that video up for a bit. I’m not 100% sure they were sleeping (looked to me like they just closed their eyes for a second or two) but I definitely know what video you’re talking about.
Monday’s Morning Edition had a feature on those bragging about how little sleep they need - yet are constantly asleep or napping throughout the day. (And they don’t count that as sleep.)
A expert of some sort was giving an example of an 11am flight - where half the plane was SLEEPING. If you can’t manage to stay awake during the day - it shouldn’t an shameful to want or need more sleep.
