Idiots
At least 82 U.S. youths have died since 1995 engaging in “the choking game” in which they try to experience a fleeting “high” by cutting off the oxygen supply to the brain, U.S. health officials said on Thursday.
An unknown number of youths, mostly boys, are taking part in the practice in which they strangle themselves with their hands or a noose or have someone else strangle them, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in a report.
“They hope to get a cool and dreamy feeling, as they’ve described it,” said Robin Toblin of the CDC’s National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, who led the report.
I call it “thinning the herd.”

Anytime people that stupid are removed from the population, I call it a good thing.

I have to agree with you on this one, Vinny. Natural Selection and Progressivism aren’t mutually exclusive concepts; in conjunction, they’re beneficial to the human race. As a matter of fact, I’d say that, besides gays, Natural Selection and Progressivism are what conservatives fear most. Work that one out as you will…

Ha! I knew a guy in high school who loved that. He always wanted everyone to do it. I stopped hanging out with him. I instictively knew that it would not be a safe high. Two times later in my life I fainted and I recognized the high that he had been looking for. And still I thought, why would anyone do something like this on purpose!
I think it does come down to thinning the herd. If you’re going to be stupid enough to do it, well… you might just manage to highly reduce your carbon footprint. More air for the rest of us.
