I think the point is, you can claim disenfranchisement if we don't let black/latino/non-white people run for office. Maybe if we didn't let everyone vote, I could see. But this is 2008. The only disenfranchisement is of people's own making. Man up, people. Realize that you are only promised "the pursuit of happiness", not actualy happiness. Nobody is owed anything, and nobody is owed a president based on race or gender. Enough of this "it's about time" bullshit. ...stupid...stupid...stupid...
