Completely notwithstanding his deadpan delivery, he gets the damn thing completely wrong. What the hell was he looking at when this happened?

Say what? What has happened to that man? Either he is a complete moron that pays no attention to his surroundings, or he’s just blind.
Then again, when you’ve been around as long as Vin Scully maybe you can just say anything you want because people just don’t pay attention anymore anyway.
