This is probably the wrong place for this suggestion, but I noticed that you read quite a bit and I thought I would reccomend, to you, alibris.com. I’ve never seen lower book prices and the collection is quite extensive…

That is a damn cool site. Truth is, I don’t do paper books anymore. I have a Kindle now and all my reading is done on that. That being said, that site is definitely worth sharing. Thanks for that!

You are so right. Absolutely. The greenest thing to do is to skip the convention, have each candidate set up a blog. Each state could cast their nominations at the blog. And the candidates can broadcast an acceptance speech at the blog. The media could broadcast the speech from the blog.

Regarding the DNC acceptance speech in Denver.

Green Plus: Plenty of recycle bins everywhere for the plastic. And I rode my bike there.

Green Minus: interstate 25 was closed for security reasons, and even though at night caused thousands of idling cars and traffic jams.

Not sure if they balanced out.
