		<description>Vin, in all honesty, a socialized gov&#039;t controlled healthcare system is a step down. i challenge you to find a doctor that has left the U.S. to practice in another country, craving to work in a socialized system. i personally have met upwards of 20 doctors who have come from other countries, some of which the have socialized healthcare. i would also ask that you find someone who specifically went up to canada (just top of mind) to have some procedure done because they thought a gov&#039;t controlled/socialized healthcare system was A- simply managed better and B- had a superior staff and facility.</description>
