The American Taxpayer has no right to forbid the government from doing what&#039;s right in the name of science with their money. So it was a ban. You&#039;re wrong. All the private bourgeois capital, billions of it, going into embryonic stem cell research in the USA was completely prevented from reaching its full potential because of Bush&#039;s ban on taxpayer money being used for new embryos.</description>
