Term Limits Restrict Choice

Term limits are a nice idea. Shaking things up in the legislature or the executive branch is probably a good thing. My guess is that corruption is a side effect of a long tenure. That said, you can always vote any elected official out of office. Term limits are a restriction on voter choice.

They sure are, which is why I’m diametrically opposed to them. Well-put, as usual, by Jeff.
