OMG! I certainly hope this isn't going to be the new fad. Unlike a pierced ear than can grow over and leave no scar, this would take plastic surgery to repair and it definitely would leave a sizable scar! The only plus side I can imagine is that it makes it easy for the dentist to check out your teeth. lol
