How Really Smart People Respond to Really Stupid Questions

Scott McNulty, in my opinion, is one of the smartest people I know. John Gruber is a pompous ass. What happens when pompous ass asks a question? Smart guy makes him look really stupid.

Pompous asshole, talking about Alice in Wonderland for the iPad:

“How does the Kindle compete with this?”

Smart guy responds on his blog:

And how do novels compete with pop-up books?

And that, my friends, is how you shut down a moron.
